Formed by combining the words Anadolu (Anatolia) and Aroma, Anaroma was established in Hatay in 2009 and is one of the leading flavor and fragrance manufacturers in Turkey and the region. Anaroma is an independent private enterprise whose formulations are completely developed in-house by trained flavor chemists.
